It's immediately obvious upon meeting that Senri loves people. He's ever curious and ever supportive in personal journeys, and the chatty Veena is never one to shy away from a new friend.

The Veena exudes a protective, reliable older brother persona. One tends to feel as if they can speak to him about anything, and he'd readily accept them as they are.

VERSE ONE.

  SENRI IS A WANDERER BY NATURE,   but that's not the only reason he travels. Tasked with heading off calamities before they wreck untold destruction, he can be found hurrying from one end of the realm to the other at the behest of the auspice he serves. Luckily, that makes him a rather accessible character to run into.... Unluckily, that generally means the priest brings with him nothing but trouble.

VERSE TWO.

  VOIDSENT? YOKAI? THAUMATURGE EXPERIMENT GONE WRONG?  
Just linkpearl 1-800-I-REGRET-MY-LIFE-CHOICES and he'll pop up in a heartbeat to deal with trouble. Closing voidsent gates and generally keeping balance in the world are all part of Senri's many duties, though he does have some leeway in how he decides to go about his work. Want someone to try and rehabilitate your demon or other questionable monsters? Hit'im right up. He'll bring treats.

VERSE THREE.

  IF IT'S NOT OBVIOUS BY NOW,   Senri's role in life is that of a protector. Life is precious, and he would be hardpressed to overlook anyone who does not feel the same. Whether it's a shoulder to lean on, a mentor to speak with, or an actual bodyguard between the occult and the mortal, should you have need of a helping hand, simply reach out. He'll catch you-- promise.

VERSE FOUR.

  My Neighbour is an Onmyouji & Sometimes He Turns Up Dead  

  GIVEN THE DANGEROUS NATURE OF HIS WORK,   it's not unusual to find Senri gravely injured somewhere. Perhaps he climbed in through your window for a little reprieve from the bitter cold and bled all over your new carpet? Perhaps you came across his chewed up corpse on your way to the next town over? Whatever the scenario is, rest assured the Veena will be right as rain in a few weeks. Unfortunately, the same can't quite be said for any potential trauma incurred by the grisly sight....

VERSE FIVE.

  IF SENRI WAS JUST GOOD,   he wouldn't have the chaotic part before the good. Naturally, then, Senri is a troublemaker. While never particularly malicious, his actions can sometimes come off that way. He may, on any given day, let slip to a housewife about a cheating spouse, or perhaps he might accidentally raze down a rich lord's house. Sometimes, his fingers are also just a tad sticky, and coin might mysteriously disappear from a merchant's pocket only to reappear on the orphanage windowsill. Either way, innocent until proven guilty, yes?
